Gamal has worked real estate since 2009, first as a sales associate in Miami-Dade and now as broker/owner of the brokerage he opened to manage properties. His day-to-day is the unglamorous work that protects an investment: scheduled walkthroughs every six months, move-in and move-out inspections with photos, vendor and cleaning coordination, HOA applications and approvals handled, and owners who hear from him directly.
On the sales side, that same field knowledge — docks, flood zones, insurance, rental rules — is what prices a Keys home right and keeps a deal from falling apart.
